Job summary

Hermès in London is seeking a Till Manager to provide exceptional service at the point of sale and support the sales team in handling client requests in line with Hermès rules.

You will ensure accurate processing of transactions, maintain a well stocked till area, manage cash, and contribute to CRM and Cegid reporting while upholding Hermès culture.

The role requires luxury retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail environment.
• Proven client service experience.
• Good IT skills with EPOS, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, Windows.
• Organised, flexible and reliable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Professional, accurate, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Organise the till area and ensure it is clean and stocked.
• Process transactions accurately with correct pricing and payments.
• Record new customers in the CRM (EUDO) and manage customer data.
• Ensure accurate Cegid reporting to head office by deadlines.
• Support the sales team and communicate cash control issues to management.
• Collaborate with IT to report and improve Cegid issues.
