Responsibilities

• Contribute to store turnover through selling.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Handle requests and communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise and store standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising displays.
• Participate in daily store communications and team briefs.
• Record accurate client data in CRM.
• Support training and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Act as a store ambassador and uphold Hermes values.
