Responsibilities

• Maintain tidy till area and accurate cash handling.
• Process transactions accurately and ensure customer details are recorded.
• Deliver high levels of service reflecting Hermès standards.
• Train new staff to operate the till and POS.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve Cegid issues and report to head office.
• Adhere to dress, grooming and conduct guidelines.
