Responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction and drive sales while following DG procedures.
• Role model with the highest level of client service.
• Promote brand values within the market place.
• Drive sales to meet monthly targets and monitor profitability.
• Prepare monthly boutique performance reports and analyze trends.
• Analyze Store KPIs and develop action plans for product categories.
• Coach Sales Staff monthly to review performance and provide feedback.
• Develop plans for all employees' development.
• Coordinate with Corporate departments to meet DG policies.
• Motivate staff to deliver the highest level of client service.
• Apply CRM methods to develop opportunities with loyal and potential clients.
• Participate in attracting and retaining a high performing team.
