Job summary

Dolce&Gabbana is seeking an experienced Stock Supervisor for our Harrods corner in London. You will oversee stockroom operations, inbound/outbound merchandise, and back-of-house organization while leading a small team to maintain product availability and high service standards.

You will manage receiving, stock transfers, and cycle counts, and partner with store management to ensure loss prevention and efficient stock movement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Luxury operations and inventory control.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Results-driven with leadership capabilities.
• Understanding of loss-prevention practices.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom and inventory operations to support store productivity.
• Manage receiving, tagging, documentation, and processing of incoming merchandise and supplies.
• Ensure timely replenishment of the sales floor and accurate stock movement between stockroom and floor.
• Supervise stock movements including inter-store transfers, RTVs, damages, consignments, and client deliveries.
• Lead inventory counts and cycle counts; monitor shrink and loss prevention initiatives.
• Provide training and support to new stock associates on systems and stockroom procedures.
• Represent the brand and maintain high levels of service and store presentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for supplies and ensure proper paperwork and invoicing.
