Job summary

Raffles London is seeking an attentive Chef de Rang to lead service in a luxury hotel environment. You will manage a station, guide junior staff and ensure guests receive impeccable, informed service from arrival to departure.

Role requires strong English communication, high standards, and the ability to collaborate with front and back of house teams while maintaining safety and brand values.

Qualifications

• Clear and efficient English communication, both spoken and written.
• Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering the best service.
• Proven track record of delighting guests.
• Ability to work within a team and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of the menu and all products served.
• Deliver dishes to tables quickly and explain each dish to guests.
• Act as the link between Front of House and Back of House staff.
• Assist with table settings and replenish supplies as needed.
• Explain dishes to guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Check on guests and take additional orders or refills as required.
• Serve and clear dishes while maintaining safety standards.
• Communicate guest feedback to management and participate in waste/purchasing best practices.
• Occasionally work in a different department or restaurant as required.
