Raffles London at The OWO is seeking a Chef de Rang to uphold exceptional service standards across Mauro Colagreco Restaurants. You will lead a station, guide junior staff, and ensure guest interactions meet brand expectations from entry to departure.

The role requires a passion for luxury hospitality, fluency in English, and the ability to thrive in a high-pace environment while maintaining a polished appearance and delivering memorable experiences.

• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of menu and all products served within Mauro Colagreco Restaurants.
• Deliver food orders from kitchen to tables rapidly and accurately with dish explanations.
• Act as the contact point between Front of House and Back of House staff.
• Assist wait staff with table settings and service needs.
• Explain dishes to guests with knowledge and professionalism.
• Check in with customers, take orders, and refill water as needed.
• Serve and clear dishes, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Communicate guest feedback to management.
• Support sustainable practices in daily operations.
• Willing to perform additional duties or work in other departments as required.
