Job summary

Pioneering People in Knightsbridge, London, is recruiting a Residential Security Team Member for a luxury residential tower. The role reports to the Security Operations Manager and focuses on safeguarding residents and premises while delivering five-star service.

You will manage CCTV and alarm systems, supervise the control room, perform front-of-house duties, and craft accurate security reports. A current SIA license, experience in RST or CP, and a track record in premium hospitality are

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence DS or CP.
• Previous experience in RST or CP, or experience working with high-net-worth individuals.
• Proven track record in a luxury service environment.
• Strong customer service in a five-star setting.
• Outstanding communication skills for seamless interactions.
• Knowledge of best-practice security standards and protocols.
• Commitment to ethics and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring unwavering property protection through surveillance and reporting.
• Manage CCTV and alarm monitoring systems.
• Oversee control room operations with focus and multitasking.
• Engage with visitors, facilitate liaison, and address needs.
• Perform front-of-house duties to foster a hospitable environment.
• Act as a deterrent and manage emergent situations.
• Identify and resolve issues per SOPs.
• Maintain and file relevant documentation diligently.
• Create comprehensive daily security activity reports.
