Job summary

Knight Protection is seeking professional Security Officers to join two prestigious residential developments in Kensington, London. You will deliver discreet, high-level security and VIP-friendly service to residents, visitors and contractors, maintaining a visible presence across multiple sites.

Successful candidates will have prior luxury residential security experience, be customer-focused, and hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence is required.
• Experience in luxury residential security preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Access control for residents, visitors, contractors and deliveries.
• Monitor CCTV and investigate incidents as required.
• Conduct internal and external patrols of the property.
• Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies and alarms.
• Manage contractor access and ensure visitors comply with site procedures.
• Receive and manage deliveries in line with site requirements.
• Carry out keyholding duties.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and daily logs.
• Provide a professional and welcoming presence for residents and visitors.
• Maintain communication with site management and Knight Protection Operations Team.
• Ensure health, safety and security procedures are followed.

Pay Rate:

£15.50 per hour

Shift Patterns Available:

• 6 on, 3 off Days (07:00 - 19:00)
• 6 on, 3 off Nights (19:00 - 07:00)
• 4 on, 4 off Days (07:00 - 19:00)
• 4 on, 4 off Nights (19:00 - 07:00)

About the Role

Knight Protection is seeking professional and customer-focused Security Officers to join our teams at two prestigious residential developments in Kensington.

These luxury and high-profile residential properties require security professionals who can provide exceptional service whilst maintaining the highest standards of security and vigilance. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a luxury residential environment and understand the importance of delivering a professional, discreet and welcoming service to residents, visitors and contractors.

Security Officers will provide security coverage across both 5 locations throughout their shift, maintaining a visible presence across the two neighbouring luxury residential developments.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced security professionals seeking a permanent role within a premium residential environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Access control for residents, visitors, contractors and deliveries.
• Monitor CCTV systems and investigate incidents as required.
• Conduct internal and external patrols of the property.
• Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies and alarms.
• Manage contractor access and ensure visitors comply with site procedures.
• Receive and manage deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Carry out keyholding duties.
• Complete detailed incident reports and daily occurrence logs.
• Provide a professional and welcoming presence for residents and visitors.
• Maintain excellent communication with site management and the Knight Protection Operations Team.
• Ensure all health, safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in access control and incident response.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Ability to complete BS7858 screening.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.

Highly Preferred

• Minimum 1 year's experience within a high-end or luxury residential security environment.
• Experience working within prestigious residential developments.
• Experience dealing with residents, contractors and visitors in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience using CCTV and access control systems.
• Previous experience within Prime Central London residential developments.
