Job summary

Residential Living Recruitment is seeking an experienced General Manager for a premium residential community in Leeds. You will oversee on-site operations, leasing, facilities and resident experience to maximise occupancy, revenue and retention.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, ensure health and safety compliance, manage budgets, forecast financial performance and set standards for exceptional living environments across all amenities.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury residential property management and operations.
• Proven ability to lead large on-site teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting skills.
