This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the resident experience at a thriving property portfolio, commanding a salary of up to £50,000. As the on-site leader and brand ambassador, you'll drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction whilst overseeing all operational aspects of this luxury living community.

• Drive leasing performance, manage budgets, and ensure the asset is maintained to the highest standards

• Proven experience in Build to Rent
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams
• Commercially astute with demonstrated experience managing budgets and driving financial performance
• Ability to create and deliver an outstanding resident experience with a strong focus on community engagement
• Experience establishing corporate letting partnerships and driving leasing outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualification in property management or business administration
