Job summary

Maybourne Hotel Group is seeking an exceptional Rooms Reservations Sales Consultant to join the Maybourne Reservations team at our Corporate Office. You will process reservations received via verbal and non-verbal communication while delivering Maybourne standards and maximizing revenue.

Your duties include knowing rates, making room reservations, using telephone techniques, cross-selling, assisting the Restaurant Reservations team, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel environment preferred.
• Strong customer care and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Fully conversant with rates operated by each hotel and sell within revenue management controls.
• Make room reservations to required standards.
• Use telephone techniques and maintain highest courtesy and efficiency while upholding Maybourne Standards of Service.
• Maximise room revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
• Assist the Restaurant Reservations team when possible.
• Create memorable experiences for guests.
