Job summary

Bvlgari Hotel London is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain the spotless presentation of our lobby, corridors and guest facilities. You will work closely with the Housekeeping team to keep public spaces to the highest standards in a luxury hotel setting.

Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is advantageous, but full training is provided. The role requires reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in Knightsbridge.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning or a similar role within a hotel or luxury hospitality environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, corridors, lifts, public restrooms and guest facilities.
• Ensuring all areas are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance at all times.
• Carrying out regular checks of public areas and responding promptly to cleaning requirements.
• Replenishing guest supplies and amenities in public areas as required.
• Reporting maintenance issues, damages or health and safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Assisting with deep cleaning projects and periodic cleaning schedules.
• Supporting the Housekeeping team during busy periods as required.
• Following all health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Handling cleaning equipment and products safely and responsibly.
• Undertaking any other reasonable duties to support the smooth operation of the Housekeeping department.
