Bvlgari Hotel London is seeking a Spa Attendant to support the day-to-day operation of the spa and ensure all guest areas are maintained to the highest standard. This hands-on role suits someone who takes pride in organisation, consistency and service.

This role plays an important part in upholding the overall presentation and smooth running of the spa, with a strong focus on cleanliness, reliability and exceptional guest care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a luxury hotel, spa, health club or hospitality environment is preferred, although not essential.
• A genuine interest in guest service and delivering a high-quality experience.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
• A positive, proactive and team-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining organised and composed.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A basic understanding of health, safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and hygiene standards across all male spa facilities, including changing rooms, relaxation areas, treatment rooms and fitness areas
• Ensure all spa amenities, towels, robes and guest supplies are replenished and available at all times
• Carry out regular inspections of spa areas and report or follow up on any maintenance or housekeeping requirements
• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner, responding to enquiries and directing them appropriately
• Support therapy, fitness and reception teams to ensure a smooth and consistent guest experience
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and contribute to the efficient day‑to‑day running of the spa
• Monitor spa equipment and facilities, reporting any faults or concerns promptly
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
• Follow all Health & Safety, hygiene and company policies and procedures at all times
