Job summary

Bvlgari Hotel London is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain pristine public spaces across the hotel, ensuring guests experience cleanliness and luxury from welcome to departure. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you will follow health and safety procedures, work efficiently with colleagues, and take pride in attention to detail in high-end environments.

This role is on-site at our Knightsbridge property with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, corridors, lifts, public restrooms and guest facilities.
• Ensuring all areas are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance at all times.
• Carrying out regular checks of public areas and responding promptly to cleaning requirements.
• Replenishing guest supplies and amenities in public areas as required.
• Reporting maintenance issues, damages or health and safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Assisting with deep cleaning projects and periodic cleaning schedules.
• Supporting the Housekeeping team during busy periods as required.
• Following all health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Handling cleaning equipment and products safely and responsibly.
• Undertaking any other reasonable duties to support the smooth operation of the Housekeeping department.
