Overview

Interior Design Manager - London. Location: West London. Salary: Up to £80,000 + bonus. Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday.

An award-winning property developer is seeking a talented Interior Design Manager to spearhead the design vision across their diverse London portfolio. This standalone role offers complete ownership of the interior design function, from concept through to installation, working on high-value developments that span regeneration projects to prime central London properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage interior specifications for high-value homes ensuring market competitiveness and brand alignment
• Provide creative direction to external designers for show homes, marketing suites and amenity spaces
• Oversee complete design process from concept to installation whilst managing budgets and timelines
• Manage tendering processes, negotiate with suppliers and contractors to achieve maximum value
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Technical, Buying and Construction teams across all project stages
• Ensure all design work aligns with company brand guidelines and quality standards
• Attend site meetings to coordinate installation schedules and address design-related queries
• Act as design ambassador, championing excellence in every customer touchpoint

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
• Proven experience in residential interior design, ideally within new homes or property development
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, spatial planning and building regulations
• Track record delivering high-end show homes and marketing suites to strict deadlines
• Commercial awareness with strong budget management skills
• Excellent supplier management, negotiation and contract administration experience
• Exceptional organisational skills managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
