Job summary

Browns, powered by Farfetch, seeks an experienced Personal Shopper to join its Mayfair boutique. You will build and maintain a high-value client base, delivering personalised luxury shopping experiences that exceed expectations and drive revenue across walk-in, online, and appointment channels.

Based in Browns Mayfair, you will manage end-to-end client journeys, host events, and act as an ambassador for Browns with a strong client book and a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury fashion with a track record of sales success.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver personalised service.
• Comfortable with 1:1 outreach, events, and multi-channel sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive client engagement and sales performance with cross-functional teams.
• Grow a loyal high-value client base through proactive communication and outreach.
• Proficient use of CRM tools and platforms to deliver a consistent service proposition.
• Identify growth opportunities by client, territory or product category and propose ideas.
• Acquire new clients via boutique traffic, bf.com and social media.
• Develop and grow client base through Personal Shopping Appointments (IRL & Virtual) and live shopping.
• Act as Browns ambassador at events and activations to strengthen relationships.
• Own your clients end-to-end experience from onboarding to order fulfilment and returns.
• Organise and host exclusive client events and trunk shows.
• Handle bespoke requests with high attention to detail and service.
