• Role model and deliver an exceptional personalised service to all customers, setting and monitoring service standards.
• Demonstrate a commercial mindset and monitor competitor activity to stay ahead.
• Create and own clear plans to deliver results on time, including budget and payroll alignment.
• Lead and coach your team with regular feedback and development plans.
• Collaborate with B&M, concessions, tailoring and other functions to deliver client requests.
• Ensure division compliance with trading standards, health & safety and security standards.
