Job summary

Jonathan Lee Group is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Worcester to drive high-value B2B sales in luxury packaging. You will lead consultative discovery, tailor eco-conscious packaging solutions, and grow a premium client base across electronics, beauty, and premium retail.

Travel to client meetings and events is required. A proven track record in senior stakeholder engagement, pipeline management, and sustainable packaging is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B sales experience within luxury, premium products, packaging, or manufacturing.
Proven ability to secure business with senior stakeholders and tailor presentations.
Strong commercial awareness and interest in sustainability trends in packaging.

Responsibilities

Drive new B2B client acquisition across luxury packaging sectors and responsible markets.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet sales targets and KPIs.
Lead consultative discovery, understand client needs, and craft tailored packaging solutions.
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders as the trusted face of the role.
Collaborate with design, production, and sustainability teams to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
Represent the brand at networking events and trade shows, with travel as required.
