Job summary

Oplu is seeking a Duty Manager (Nights) to join a distinguished luxury country hotel and retreat in West Dorset. On-site, 40 hours per week with 3–4 night shifts. Responsibilities include on-call emergency procedures, F&B support, housekeeping setup, wellness oversight, and financial governance.

Staff accommodation is available in Bridport for relocating candidates. The role requires prior duty management experience, APLH or willingness to obtain, and a Full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Prior duty management or senior hospitality operations experience at a boutique or luxury property.
• APLH (Personal Licence Holder) qualification (or willingness to complete).
• First Aid, Fire Marshall, COSHH, Manual Handling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Overnight Duty Manager on-call with lead on Emergency Action Procedures.
• F&B service support including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
• Housekeeping setup, quality control and wellness cover.
• Stock management, invoicing and financial governance.
• Guest transfers and driving the company car as needed.
