The Napa Valley Reserve is seeking an Hospitality & Events Manager to plan and execute private Member experiences, curriculum programming, tastings, receptions, dinners, and meetings at its St. Helena estate.

The role requires discretion, polish, and a passion for wine, cuisine, and hospitality. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in luxury hospitality or private events, strong planning and budget skills, excellent communication, and foundational wine knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of luxury hospitality or high-touch events experience.
• Experience planning Member communications, timelines, budgets, and F&B logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with Members and teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and exercise discretion.
• Foundational wine knowledge and service interest.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute private Member events, tastings, dinners, and programs.
• Coordinate logistics from inquiry to reconciliation, including budgets and menus.
• Serve as on-site lead for programs with polished hospitality and clear communication.
• Coordinate with vendors, catering, AV, transportation, and partners.
• Maintain event records, calendars, and post-event documentation.
• Collaborate across Hospitality, Membership, Wine Center, and Accounting.
