Joseph Phelps Vineyards invites an Estate Ambassador to deliver luxury hospitality experiences through elevated tastings and impeccable guest service. You will guide tours, describe our wines with passion, and drive sales while representing the brand's world-class standards.

3-5 years in luxury hospitality, public speaking prowess, and strong interpersonal skills are required. You will collaborate with Wine Club and E-commerce teams to create memorable visits and promote the Phelps Preferred

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in hospitality with luxury service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated tastings and promote wine sales to guests.
• Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Lead tours and tastings in luxury brand style.
• Engage guests and provide personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with Wine Club and E-commerce teams.
• Oversee daily setup/breakdown of tasting areas.
• Assist with events on and off-premises.
