Joseph Phelps Vineyards, a renowned luxury wine estate, seeks a Senior Hospitality Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our hospitality team. • 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in a luxury hospitality, fine wine, or high‑touch client service environment.
• Proven experience managing revenue, budgeting, forecasting, and operational accountability.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Hospitality Manager and Estate Ambassador team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive revenue across retail and experiences.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, expenditures, and reporting; develop staffing plans for efficiency and service excellence.
• Collaborate with Senior Director of DTC, Marketing, and Events to strengthen brand image and guest engagement; ensure smooth operations and compliance.
