Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Makeup Artist at the Oxford Street counter to deliver immersive consultations and storytelling that connect clients with the brand. You will lead by example, mentor colleagues, and drive a best-in-class client experience while promoting skincare and fragrance as part of luxury makeup excellence.

You will host masterclasses, participate in events, and use clienteling tools to grow the client portfolio and support counter sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing retail environment is required.
• Ability to deliver expert, personalised makeup consultations.
• Experience hosting makeup masterclasses and in-store events.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and fragrance beneficial.
