Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Makeup Artist at Selfridges Oxford Street to elevate the makeup category through immersive consultations, storytelling, and service-led experiences that connect clients with the brand. You will champion makeup while supporting skincare and fragrance promotions, and lead by example in delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will mentor colleagues, host masterclasses, and participate in events to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering personalised makeup consultations.
• Ability to lead makeup masterclasses and in-store events.
• Strong makeup artistry knowledge with latest techniques.
• Experience in a client-facing retail environment.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships both in-store and online.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert personalised makeup consultations to clients.
• Host masterclasses and in-store events to elevate makeup category.
• Mentor and act as ambassador to colleagues and counter teams.
• Promote skincare and fragrance alongside makeup to support counter growth.
• Build and grow a client portfolio through clienteling and events.
• Help achieve counter sales targets and KPIs.
