CHANEL in Covent Garden is seeking a Makeup Artist for a permanent role (37.5 hours/week, any 5 in 7 days). You will elevate the makeup category through immersive consultations and storytelling, delivering a best-in-class client experience while promoting skincare and fragrance.

Qualifications

• Experience in makeup artistry and counter-based retail environments.
• Strong client service skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver personalised consultations.
• Experience hosting makeup masterclasses and bridal or event makeup experiences.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the makeup category through immersive consultations and storytelling.
• Lead best-in-class client experiences in-store and via digital channels.
• Promote skincare and fragrance to support counter performance.
• Host masterclasses and in-store events to drive engagement and sales.
• Mentor colleagues and act as brand ambassador while achieving sales KPIs.
