Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Makeup Artist at Selfridges Oxford Street to elevate the makeup category through immersive consultations and service-led experiences. You will champion makeup while promoting skincare and fragrance, supporting counter success and brand storytelling.

You will lead by example in delivering exceptional client service, host events, mentor colleagues, and grow a loyal client portfolio through engaging experiences and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing retail environment.
• Strong understanding of makeup artistry.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering a best-in-class client experience.
• Deliver expert personalised makeup consultations and educate clients.
• Promote skincare and fragrance alongside makeup to drive counter growth.
• Host masterclasses and in-store events to elevate makeup category.
• Mentor and ambassador to colleagues and teammates.
• Use clienteling tools to grow the client portfolio and recruit new clients.
• Support and contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs.
