Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in London seeks a senior trade sales specialist to drive luxury home/interiors business. You will build relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and luxury clients, and manage high-value, multi-category projects from concept to completion.

You will lead showroom and client engagements, coordinate with merchandising, logistics, and buying teams, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the Home Collection.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 full strategic cycles experience in luxury retail, interiors, or trade sales.
• Demonstrated experience in business development and client acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the luxury interior design market.
• Confident in managing high-value, multi-category projects.
• Commercially analytical with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• CRM disciplined and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Sales & revenue generation and meeting showroom targets.
• Develop high-value projects with trade clients from concept to completion.
• Identify and onboard new trade accounts (designers, developers, yacht designers, hospitality groups).
• Coordinate with marketing to track ROI on client acquisition.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and reporting discipline.
