Job summary

CHANEL in Heathrow is seeking an In Store Visual Merchandiser to bring the CHANEL Fashion vision to life across the boutique. You will maintain displays, support launches and ensure the boutique reflects CHANEL's image guidelines while responding to local needs.

As collections evolve, you will work with the Merchandising team to creatively mix pieces, reimagine displays and deliver a compelling client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising, preferably luxury fashion or premium retail.
• Strong fashion/art/culture appreciation influencing luxury client experiences.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and maintaining high standards.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across teams.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve in-store product displays in line with CHANEL guidelines.
• Support collection launches and special installations across the boutique.
• Collaborate with Boutique Management, Merchandising and Marketing teams.
• Drive product rotation and refreshes to optimise visibility and sales.
• Manage display tools, props, inventory and mannequin looks to high standards.
• Contribute to window displays and in-store presentations as needed.
• Support overnight or after-hours visual merchandising activities when required.
• Build strong partnerships across Retail, Product Merchandising and Global Image.
