Job summary

CHANEL Heathrow seeks an In Store Visual Merchandiser to bring the CHANEL Fashion vision to life in our Heathrow boutique. You will maintain displays, support launches, and ensure visual guidelines align with global and local needs.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with boutique management and merchandising teams, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt displays for new collections, events and seasonal changes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within visual merchandising, preferably in luxury fashion or premium retail.
• Strong appreciation of fashion, art and culture with impact on luxury client experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across teams.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness when executing visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest visual merchandising standards across the boutique following Chanel guidelines.
• Support window displays, in-store presentations and display adaptations to ensure collections remain relevant, engaging and commercially effective.
• Drive product rotation and refreshes with retail teams to optimize visibility.
• Manage visual merchandising tools, props and inventory.
• Prepare for daily and seasonal visual changes.
• Assist boutique teams with displayed products and mannequin looks.
• Contribute to launches and special installations, including events when required.
• Partner with boutique, merchandising and marketing teams for consistent Chanel image.
