Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or strong leadership in kitchen
• Proven ability to manage busy kitchen operations
• Strong commitment to hygiene and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Deputise in Head Chef's absence
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and menu execution
• Ensure stock levels and quality control across ingredients
• Maintain hygiene, health and safety compliance and records
• Coordinate with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
• Train and supervise junior staff and develop skills
