Job summary

Solent Hotel & Spa in Whiteley near Fareham invites applications for a Sales Co-ordinator to drive conference, events and bedroom sales in a luxury 4-star setting. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you will build strong relationships with agents and guests while managing inquiries and proposals to best fit client needs.

You will oversee bookings from enquiry through to handover to operations, deepen knowledge of bedrooms, conferences and rates, and conduct show rounds to showcase our unique

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality sales or events is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Forge relationships with agents and guests.

• Respond to enquiries with tailored proposals.
• Manage bookings from initial enquiry to handover to operations.
