Raffles London is seeking a meticulous Goods Receiver to join our luxury hotel operations on site. You will manage the intake of deliveries, verify freshness and accuracy, and support purchasing and stores teams to ensure secure receipt of goods.

Responsibilities include inspecting deliveries, attaching correct invoicing in Adaco, maintaining precise inventory records, and coordinating with departments to optimize receiving processes.

Formación

• Clear communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to take and maintain detailed and accurate records.
• Purchasing experience with supplier interaction.
• Market knowledge and industry trends.
• Knowledge of purchasing IT systems.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect deliveries and verify freshness, cleanliness, consistency, and quality; refuse damaged or incorrect items.
• Process goods incoming and ensure correct invoicing is attached.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all goods received in Adaco.
• Take proactive approach to receiving activities and identify opportunities/risks.
• Assist with storage/collection of deliveries by department and loading bay, recording all received goods.
• Review processes to introduce efficiencies and improve service levels.
• Assist stores, cellar and purchasing activities when needed and cover holidays.
• Perform other duties including working in a different department or restaurant.
