The Stafford London is seeking an experienced Procurement & Purchasing Manager to oversee daily purchasing operations and develop long-term procurement strategy for the hotel in London.

You will manage supplier relationships, stock, and inventory, while driving best value, quality and commercial terms. The role collaborates with operational teams, Finance and senior leadership to enhance costs, efficiency and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Experience negotiating pricing, contracts and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Experience managing purchase orders, stock and inventory.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day purchasing across the hotel ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Raise and manage purchase orders; record and control purchasing activity.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory; minimise waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders, deliveries, shortages and quality issues.
• Monitor pricing and availability to ensure competitive value.
• Maintain purchasing records and documentation; support urgent ad-hoc needs.
