Job summary

The Stafford London is seeking an experienced Procurement & Purchasing Manager to lead day-to-day purchasing and shape the hotel’s procurement strategy. You will collaborate with operational teams, Finance and senior leaders to secure the right products, best value and high service levels.

This hands-on, commercially minded role requires strong supplier management, tendering, cost control and a focus on sustainability.

• Knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier management.

• Experience managing orders, stock and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchasing across the hotel, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Work with operational departments to understand daily and ongoing requirements.
• Raise and manage purchase orders with proper recording and control.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize waste across departments.
• Coordinate with suppliers on orders, deliveries, shortages and issues.
• Ensure products meet quality, spec and delivery requirements.
• Monitor pricing and availability to secure value.
• Maintain purchasing records and documentation.
• Support urgent and ad-hoc purchasing as needed.
