The Chelsea Harbour Hotel in London is seeking a motivated Chef Apprentice to join our Kitchen Team. You will work alongside experienced chefs, gaining hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety standards while working towards your professional development goals.

We offer practical training across different kitchen sections, develop essential culinary skills, and a role in helping deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist with the preparation and cooking of food to hotel standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas, equipment, and storage spaces.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries appropriately.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen colleagues to support smooth service operations.
• Learn how to minimise food waste and contribute to sustainable kitchen practices.
• Participate in training activities and continuously develop knowledge and practical skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to personal growth throughout the apprenticeship programme.
