Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience or culinary training within a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Support mise en place and service readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workstations and equipment.

• Receive and store deliveries and check ingredient quality.
