The role requires strong IT leadership, extensive management experience, security-minded focus, and the ability to align technology with luxury hospitality standards, including knowledge of Marriott systems.

• Lead the technology strategy and roadmap for the hotel, aligning with business objectives.
• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, telecoms and AV operations.
• Ensure reliability, security and performance of guest-facing systems.
• Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement across the business.
• Develop and mentor the IT team and manage budgets, vendors, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with standards and data protection regulations.
• Advise senior leadership on technology risks and investments.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement innovative tech solutions.
• Oversee business continuity, disaster recovery and incident response planning.
