You will oversee restaurant and back‑of‑house operations, supervise shifts, coach the team, and deputise for managers during opening or closing periods to ensure seamless dining experiences.

We value impeccable presentation, strong English communication, and a passion for luxury hospitality. Experience in Michelin‑starred settings or high-end hotels is highly desirable.
