Job summary

Bvlgari Hotel London seeks a Director of Information Technology to lead the hotel’s IT operation, shape the tech roadmap, and deliver secure, guest-focused technology solutions in a luxury environment.

You will inspire and develop the IT team, manage budgets and vendors, and partner with senior leadership to drive digital transformation while upholding brand standards and exceptional service. Knowledge of Marriott systems and platforms would be highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Senior IT leadership experience in hospitality or service-focused environments.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and enterprise apps.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver IT strategies and transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing IT budgets and technology investments.
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing technical teams.
• Understanding of information security, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting hospitality systems (PMS, POS, guest tech).
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Marriott systems and platforms is highly desirable.
• English proficiency and eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall technology strategy and roadmap for the hotel, aligned with business objectives and guest expectations.
• Manage IT infrastructure, systems, networks, cybersecurity, telecommunications and AV operations.
• Ensure reliability, security and performance of critical hospitality systems and guest technologies.
• Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
• Lead, develop and mentor the IT team, instilling excellence and service.
• Oversee IT budgets, vendor relationships, procurement activities and technology contracts.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, cybersecurity, and data protection rules.
• Advise senior leadership on technology risks, opportunities and investments.
• Partner with department heads to implement innovative tech solutions for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Manage business continuity, disaster recovery and incident response planning.
