Job summary

Bvlgari Hotel London in Knightsbridge is seeking an experienced Director of Information Technology to lead the hotel's IT operation and advance technology initiatives that support exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong IT leadership across infrastructure, security and guest-facing systems, plus a track record of digital transformation, budget stewardship and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior IT leadership experience in luxury hospitality or service-focused environments.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience delivering IT strategies and technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing IT budgets and technology investments.
• Experience leading high-performing technical teams.
• Knowledge of information security, risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting hospitality systems (PMS, POS, guest tech platforms).
• Excellent written and spoken English; eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel's technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, telecommunications and AV operations.
• Ensure reliability, security and performance of guest-facing systems.
• Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, develop and mentor the IT team; oversee budgets and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection requirements.
• Advise senior leadership on technology risks, opportunities and investments.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement innovative tech solutions.
• Oversee business continuity, disaster recovery and incident response planning.
