Job summary

Dream Hollywood, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an experienced housekeeping supervisor to ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet Crescent standards of cleanliness and service.

You will oversee room attendants and housepersons, hire and train staff, schedule shifts, track payroll, and monitor budgeting and inspection scores to drive guest satisfaction. Strong English communication, teamwork, and physical stamina are required in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English.
• Self-starting with a professional demeanor.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and move around the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff of room attendants, housepersons, and inspectors; conduct meetings and review performance to meet Crescent standards.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed; ensure open communication.
• Arrange staff work schedules based on occupancy and projects; manage payroll accuracy.
• Maintain budgeting and forecasting records for department expenses and inspection scores.
• Communicate directions clearly in writing and verbally to staff.
• Maintain regular attendance and be available to work as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
