Job summary

The Luxury Collection is seeking a dedicated non-management Full Time Housekeeping role at our Knightsbridge property. You will actively work on guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to uphold cleanliness standards and support daily housekeeping operations.

Inspect rooms and public areas after cleaning, monitor room status, and communicate updates to the team. You will coordinate tasks with Supervisors and other departments, ensuring smooth shift handovers and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively work on the floors to support daily housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas after cleaning to verify quality and presentation.
• Assist in monitoring room status by running reports, prioritising cleaning needs, and updating departing room status.
• Maintain a visible presence on guest room floors, offering real-time support and guidance.
• Coordinate daily tasks with Supervisors and liaise with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Report and help resolve issues with discrepant rooms in coordination with Front Office.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions and complete required paperwork.
