This role reports to the General Manager and involves interviewing, training, and guiding the front desk team, ensuring compliance with SOPs/LSOPs, and maintaining a calm, professional presence during busy periods. The ideal candidate will lead by example, coach staff, and uphold Crescent brand standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations to maximize revenues and adhere to SOPs.
• Manage guest service agents and handle emergencies calmly.
