Job summary

The NICI Collection is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead The NICI New Forest, with overall responsibility for day-to-day operations, performance and development of the property. You will lead the hotel team, drive commercial performance and ensure we deliver the high standards of service and experience that guests expect from The NICI.

This role requires a hands-on, inspirational leader who motivates teams, builds strong relationships and embodies NICI values.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading luxury/hospitality operations.
• Experience managing P&L and hotel performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations for the property.
• Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa and guest facilities.
• Maintain NICI brand standards and deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Manage performance and develop the hotel's leadership team.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment and staff development.
