Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or shift-leading experience within a hotel, restaurant, members' club, or premium venue.
• Ability to take charge of a shift and make decisions without a manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team kindly and clearly.
• Working knowledge of food safety, allergens, and UK licensing regulations.

Responsabilités

• Take charge of the outlet for the shift and manage all opening/closing procedures.
• Provide warm, personalised service and recognise regular guests.
• Coach, train, and buddy new colleagues on standards and systems.
• Ensure food safety, allergen checks, and HACCP compliance daily.
• Support revenue and guest satisfaction targets; assist with stock and wastage control.
