Job summary

The Torridon in the North West Highlands invites applications for a Hospitality Apprentice role, offering hands-on experience across hotel operations while pursuing SVQ Level 5 and SVQ Level 6 qualifications in partnership with Glasgow City College.

You will support guest service and develop practical skills in food & beverage, housekeeping, reception, and service standards, with a clear path to progression within The Torridon.

Qualifications

• Working towards SVQ Level 5 and SVQ Level 6 qualifications.
• Basic literacy and numeracy suitable for SVQ levels.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day hotel operations and guest service.
• Develop practical skills in food and beverage, housekeeping, and reception.
• Work with Glasgow City College partnership to progress SVQ qualifications.
