The Torridon, a luxury five-star boutique resort, is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to uphold Forbes 5 standards across guest rooms and public areas. You will join a family-owned team renowned for exceptional service in a dramatic Highland setting.

Key duties include turndown service, guest laundry support, prompt response to requests, and strict adherence to safety and SOPs, with on-site accommodation and meals provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guest bedrooms and public areas to Forbes 5 standard.
• Deliver turndown service to a +1 standard.
• Support guest laundry services to a high-quality standard.
• Respond to guest requests promptly, with a genuine sense of interest.
• Report maintenance issues or quality concerns.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and productive environment.
• Support colleagues during busy periods.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining team areas and accommodation.
• Restock cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned within allocated timeframes.
• Report and follow up on faulty equipment.
• Follow SOPs and suggest improvements where appropriate.
• Comply fully with health & safety procedures.
• Follow "see it, sort it, fix it" approach to risks and hazards.

Senior Housekeeping Team / Assistant Head Housekeeper

Purpose of the Role

To support the housekeeping team in delivering a five-star standard of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas exceed expectations and contribute to memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Quality

• Prepare guest bedrooms and public areas to Forbes 5 standard
