The Lanesborough in London invites an experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our Front Office Team. This luxury mansion hotel on the doorstep of Hyde Park combines classic elegance with modern British dining and exclusive amenities.

You will support the Front Office Manager and Executive Head of Rooms Divisions in marketing objectives, budgeting, VIP guest relations, staff training and association relations, delivering exceptional guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role in a 5* establishment is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Immaculate grooming standards and professional appearance.
• Willingness to work a 24h roster when required.
• Extensive knowledge of Opera system is essential.

Responsabilités

• Ensure a friendly and pleasant environment for all guests with recognition at the forefront of service.
• Act as The Lanesborough’s contact for business, embassies and corporate accounts.
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints courteously and effectively to guest satisfaction.
• Be proactive with arrivals and liaise with butlers, housekeeping, front office and F&B heads of department.
• Provide exceptional service while maximizing room revenue, productivity and team development.
• Perform Hotel Duty Manager duties as required.
