Language Matters is recruiting fluent Korean and English speaking Guest Experience Hosts for an exclusive international cultural and corporate event at one of London’s prestigious luxury hotels.

You will welcome guests, assist with registration, provide directions, and deliver bilingual support in Korean and English, coordinating with venue staff to ensure a flawless, discreet VIP experience for every attendee.

Qualifications

• Korean language ability at native or fluent level; strong English communication skills.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, live events, guest relations, corporate settings or equivalent.
• Confidence engaging with executives, VIP attendees and international visitors.
• Professional appearance and discreet, service-oriented demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to arriving guests.
• Assist attendees with registration and arrival process.
• Offer clear guidance, directions and event information.
• Respond to guest inquiries courteously and knowledgeably.
• Provide bilingual support to Korean-speaking guests in Korean and English.
• Coordinate with venue staff and the wider event team.
• Help ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience.
• Maintain a polished, discreet approach at all times.
• Support guests as they board and disembark shuttle services.
• Assist with guest transportation arrangements as requested.
